Veel bedrijven doen het al, vaak onbewust. Misschien hoor jij daar ook wel bij. Wil je toch bewuster klanten frustreren? Maak het je klant zo moeilijk mogelijk om contact op te nemen<\/h2>\n<p class=\"p2\">Klanten die vragen hebben over jouw diensten, of nog beter: een klacht, frustreer je het beste door het hen zo moeilijk mogelijk te maken om je te contacteren. Uiteindelijk kunnen ze toch gewoon terecht bij de FAQ op je website. Laat hen zelf maar wat moeite doen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Vind je klant toch een manier om je te bereiken? Antwoord dan uitsluitend per e-mail! Zo kun je ontwijkend of slechts gedeeltelijk antwoorden. Sluit ook meteen het ticket af als je met tickets werkt. Zo komt de volgende mail bij je collega terecht en kan hij hetzelfde doen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Klachten mogen ze via een formulier indienen. Na een paar dagen kun je hen via een no-reply e-mailadres laten weten dat hun klacht onterecht is.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Verstop je achter de wet en je bedrijfsbeleid<\/h2>\n<p class=\"p2\">Een uitstekende manier om klanten te frustreren is door steeds te verwijzen naar het bedrijfsbeleid. Jij doet toch ook gewoon je werk? Zorg ervoor dat je op geen enkele manier prijs geeft waarom die bedrijfsbeleid bestaat en zorg ervoor dat je hem zo eenzijdig mogelijk communiceert.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">De regel is: hoe minder duidelijk het voordeel voor de klant, hoe groter de frustratie.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Zorg telkens voor een compleet andere ervaring<\/h2>\n<p class=\"p2\">Deze tip is voor gevorderden: wees ogenschijnlijk klantvriendelijk, maar zorg toch subtiel voor frustraties. Zorg er in je restaurant bijvoorbeeld de ene keer voor dat je eerst een aantal keer de klant begeleidt naar zijn tafel en zijn jas aanneemt.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">De volgende keer zeg je: &#8220;Je mocht al een plaats uitkiezen, hoor meneer.&#8221; Maak de derde keer duidelijk dat het de bedoeling is dat je hem naar zijn plaats begeleidt.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Houd je niet aan je serviceconcept<\/h2>\n<p class=\"p2\">Deze tip is onze favoriet. Hier laat je namelijk je klanten elkaar frustreren. Ook al ben jij de schuldige. Zeg tegen iedereen dat je een Adults Only-hotel bent en laat dat ene koppel toch hun krijsende baby meenemen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Of hang aan iedere rugzak een tag die leest: \u201cPlaats dit a.u.b. onder je stoel\u201d, om vervolgens toe te laten dat ze het in het vliegtuig toch in het bagagerek boven hun hoofd plaatsen. De andere klanten die toekomen, zullen gegarandeerd gefrustreerd raken omdat hun handbagage in het luchtruim moet. Laat ze het lekker zelf uitvechten.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Communiceer zelf niets<\/h2>\n<p class=\"p2\">Heeft je klant toch nog besteld? Super! Dat is een uitgelezen kans om je klant te frustreren door het makkelijkste te doen: niets. Communiceer absoluut niets. Vermijd te bevestigen dat je de bestelling hebt ontvangen of dat je bezig bent met zijn bestelling. Je klant zal zich de hele tijd afvragen hoe het ermee gesteld is en zich ongerust voelen. Totdat zijn bestelling voor de deur staat natuurlijk. Maar, geen zorgen, met een beetje geluk was hij niet thuis voor de levering. Hij wist immers niet wanneer de levering zou plaatsvinden.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p1\">Toch liever tevreden klanten?<\/h2>\n<p class=\"p2\">Wil je toch liever tevreden klanten? Doe dan het tegenovergestelde van deze tips.
