H\u00e9t instrument waarop organisaties inzetten voor verandering. Maar het blijkt onvoldoende. Want hiermee hebben medewerkers zich de beoogde manier van werken nog niet eigen gemaakt. Die kampen meestal ook met ontevreden klanten. Wordt de druk onhoudbaar? Dan moet het anders en beter \u2013 en terecht!<\/p>\n<p>De organisatie stelt een projectteam samen, roept consultants in en stelt ambitieuze verbeterdoelstellingen. Het team duikt de analysefase in, en komt de creatieve fase uit met conclusies en aanbevelingen. De directie geeft een Go voor de quick wins en voor de budgetvriendelijke initiatieven.<\/p>\n<p>De communicatiemolen gaat van start: verfrissende affiches, spectaculaire powerpoints en opgesmukte procesnota\u2019s circuleren via roadshows, het bedrijfsblad, intranet, teamgesprekken, \u2026 So far so good.<\/p>\n<p>De communicatieronde zit erop? Nu zijn de medewerkers aan zet. Zij moeten \u2018het nu gaan doen\u2019. Met z\u2019n allen gaan ze door een strak gepland opleidingstraject en krijgen ze een nieuwe procesnota.<\/p>\n<p>En wat brengt zo\u2019n verandertraject finaal op? Wel, doorgaans niet meer dan een paar incrementele verbeteringen. Die de klant met moeite ondervindt.<\/p>\n<p>Nog geen jaar later, stelt de organisatie vast dat ze opnieuw kampen met torenhoge werkdruk. Gedemotiveerde medewerkers en deloyale klanten. En dat ondanks al die moeite?!<\/p>\n<h2>Zichtbaar resultaat, samen met gemotiveerde medewerkers<\/h2>\n<p>Ga je voor \u2018grondig beter\u2019? Wel, dat vraagt \u2018grondig anders\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>Maak gebruik van de expertise van uw medewerkers op het terrein. Zij kennen als geen ander de hiaten van de huidige werkwijze.<\/p>\n<p>Vorm met hen een klein team van gemotiveerde medewerkers. Geef hen de kans om de nieuwe manier van werken zelf mee vorm te geven. En te testen in de praktijk. De verandering is al gaande. Stapsgewijs maken ze zich de nieuwe werkwijze eigen.<\/p>\n<p>Laat hen ervaren hoe het voelt om met die nieuwe werkwijze te scoren bij klanten. Zo cre\u00eber je goesting voor verandering.
